Hi! I'm Mikaela

I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 15 years old and it has been a such a powerful practice for me throughout my life that I truly relish the opportunity to get to sharetthat magic with others.

As a 500 hr certified yoga instructor, I specialize in Hatha, Vinyasa flow, meditation, breathwork and Yin yoga guiding you through sequences that will leave you feeling amazing in your body and calm in your spirit.

I have my Masters in Public Health from Yale University and spent a decade working in the Public Health field all over the globe from India to Australia. From that experience I can speak to the absolute importance of looking after your body and mind as the first defense against disease and to age well.

Moving your body in any modality is an investment that will pay off for your entire life and I very much practice what I preach so you can find me hiking mountains, free diving, running, boxing, and finding new and exciting ways to move my body.

Mindset is a big part of my training approach so while we may be working on the physical aspects of movement, I bring a lot of mindset work into the picture too.

I'm excited to be a part of your wellness journey and hope to see you in class!
